Nokia to launch 808 Pureview on 13th June

Nokia has dropped in an Invitation  regarding an event to be held on 13Th June 2012 . The event will be will be presided over by Nokia India’s head of smart devices, Vipul Mehrotra, and Dolby Labs India country manager Pankaj Kedia.


Seeing the Nokia and Dolby logos we can expect some Pureview action here. Earlier Nokia launched a countdown timer on their site according to which the phone was scheduled to launch on 6th Une 2012 but that did not happen and now we saw the invite which is scheduled for 13th June...


The price for the Nokia 808 Pureview was leaked to be Rs, 29,999 INR and The official Camera Samples from The Nokia India Team are also available for viewing.

Countdown for Nokia Pureview 808 launch in India begins

Nokia has started a countdown for the launch of its Newly upcoming Camera Superphone Nokia 808 Pureview .
The Phone boasts a 41MP Camera with Pixel condensation technology in which 4-5 pixels are condensed in one Pixel to produce awesome looking Images The company has also launched a pre order page for the device .The price has not been revelaed yet but we found out from the Nokia india website that the phone might be be priced at 29,999 INR .You might want to see the Camera Samples of the Nokia 808 by Nokia India

Nokia begins free roll-out of Microsoft Office apps for Symbian




Nokia has started rolling out Microsoft Office Mobile apps, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint apps for Belle smartphones. They announced Microsoft Office Mobile app earlier this February when Microsoft Apps rolled out.


It would provide you quick access to your documents, you can save or send documents using Word mobile while preserving tables, SmartArt and charts, or the pinch/zoom functionality to easily view and edit documents. The PowerPoint mobile lets you edit presentation texts and speaker notes, and the Excel mobile lets you create charts, insert formulae or view rich data and charts from anywhere.



The Office Mobile also gives you a single view to documents, on phone, in email attachments, or in SharePoint.


The Microsoft Office would be available via software update app on your Nokia phone. It is currently rolling out for the Nokia 701, Nokia 700, Nokia 603, Nokia E7, Nokia X7, Nokia C7, Nokia Oro, and Nokia C6-01. It would be available for Nokia N8, Nokia E6 and Nokia 500 soon.


The Nokia 808 PureView will come with the Microsoft Apps including Microsoft Office Mobile app when it begins selling. The Office Mobile apps would also be available for Nokia Store in few weeks.

Getit launches Search App for Mobile



The application is available for all mobile platforms such as BlackBerry, Android, Symbian, iOS and Java.
