Clearance sale on Moible Phones !! Hurry up Now

You must have heard of clearance sale for clothing, footwares etc  ,but clearance sale for mobile phones- does it sound a little unusual or unheard of ? But why not, if consumer is king, all her whims will be served.
Spice mobile is running a clearance sale for  mobile phones of many popular brands on its online retailing venture saholic.com . A look on the offers available and its comparison with other online retail offerings reveals that spice’s clearance sale leads to substantial savings for customers. So it’s not merely a marketing gimmick to attract customers rather it really offers value  at least in terms of initial price.

The clearance sale has limited number of  models on offer some which are its own models while others are  from Nokia, Micromax and HTC.

The savings on some of the models is substantial for example Nokia C6-00 is available for Rs.10475 while same is priced  Rs. 12915  at flipkart and  Rs. 12950 at naptol.com . Micromax Van Gogh is available for Rs. 1995 and the same at flipkart is priced at Rs.3310 @ flipkart and for Rs.3329 @naptol.com. Similarly on other brands as well there is huge saving.
But the only concern in the minds of customers would be the quality of product it being a clearance sale. Normally old stocks are put on clearance sale to make way for new. So does it mean that models being from old lot would have lost some sheen.
